2012 start up class B motor home manufacturer, with the goal of building the highest crafted recreational vehicle on the market. 
-Lead concept designer for 6 interior color schemes 
-Lead Designer and Project Manager for proprietary molded running board design 
-Daily schedule coordination with the upholstery department. 
-Lead material and parts sourcing and BOM creation and management.

-25th largest manufacture of blow molded and injection molded plastic products in the world. 
-Part of a small creative team who develops new product concepts for the entire corporation, and outside companies. 
-Personally completed 20 new product concepts / existing re-design. 7 of which due for production by the end of the year. 
-Collaborative involvement with sales and engineering in product development.
