-Manage 3D Scanning, 3D Printing, Laser Processes, and CAD(Computer Aided Design) Development departments. This includes department budgeting, contract rates, client
communications, staff delegation, project management, process development, and 
quality control.
-Led the negotiation and purchase of ten production machines and maintance agreements.  
-Contracted to find correct software and 3d printing machine for four major companies out side of NextFab

product design and manufacturing, including Design for Manufacturing, 2D/3D CAD, and Machine Use 
-Conducted immersive mulit-day lectures and seminars designed to provide robust 
fundamental knowledge and know how in AM and other related tech.
