•	Own company in partnership: h-hdigitaldesign.weebly.com
	•	Work with clients to identify graphic package that fulfilled their requirements. 
	•	Graphics include printed materials, such as logos, business cards, brochures, flyers
	•	Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
	•	Generate client list through various sales techniques including FaceBook and Craigslist
	•	Personally administer all  payable and receivable accounts

•	Provide excellent customer service to all managers, residents and visitors
	•	Perform a variety of duties in a timely manner
	•	Duties include-but not limited- to answering the phone inquires promptly and with accurate information, receiving and distributing packages for residents, arranging dry cleaning pickup, arranging transportation services, distributing parking passes, and monitoring the security system to ensure that only authorized personnel enter the building
	•	Coordinate scheduling of second and third shift concierge employees to ensure complete coverage of the concierges desk. 
	•	Act as a liaison between District Manager and current Associates on location regarding procedure changes, update training manual, and other pertinent information 
	•	Act as a liaison between Emergency Services Personnel and Building Property Management Personnel
