Surf

Receive and ship all incoming/outgoing products via FedEx, DHL, UPS, and various curriers. Determine the cheapest way to ship a finished order to save money. Clean and maintain EDM machines to continuously run. Drive company vehicle to pick up and/or drop off at vendors. Perform various maintenance around our building that included plumbing, and electrical work. Clean and prepare all parts for shipping.

Shipping/Receiving

Oversee all of our overseas offices which include Hong Kong, Belgium, our 2nd warehouse and 3PL. Create daily cycle counts for spare parts and finished good for all offices. Create SOP’s for all functions within TSG warehouse and cross train all employees. Check min/max weekly to order parts from our overseas manufactures and place work orders with our production floor. Help create the shuttle process, as well as oversee all of the digital reworks. Help receiving, shipping, orders, and various warehouse duties as needed.

Inventory Control Coordinator

Conduct daily inventory reports. Receive, inspect, and put away incoming shipments. Pull work orders on 5250. Run end of day reports and verify that all parts and locations are correct.  Issue audits and cycle counts to employees. Data entry client orders and employee orders.
