• Served as the main resource and point of contact in relates to AFA trims for global design, development, merchandising, R&D, warehouse, and vendors/suppliers

AFA Trim Developer 

• Co-led the expansion and the establishment of TMI development headquarter in Vietnam. • Hire/trained and doubled full-time development staff from 30 to 60 by 2014.
• Planned and managed multi-season/category development calendars, responsible for development KPI maintaining the compliance requirement as a Adidas manufactory strategy partner.
• Improved sample delivery/quality/comment accuracy between 2013~2015 from 50% to 95%.
• Reduced development overhead by $150,000 USD in 2014 through improved pattern and material usage.
 
• Reduced over 80% (more than 10 million pieces) garment production lead-time from 105 days and 90 days to 60 days by 2015. Achieved through expediting development buy-ready along with formulating materials resourcing and production pull-forward strategies.
• Coordinated multiple pre-seasons development projects with Adidas development teams
• Product development: sewing, body-mapping, laser cutting, bonding, embroidery
