•Report directly to Sr. Global Marketing Director
•Proactively identify, develop and implement global product strategies that lead to category growth
•Manage the Sevylor brand while being the main point of contact 
•Prepare and present business plans to justify new global product opportunities and lead a cross-functional team involving sourcing, engineering, sales, finance, purchasing and creative through the development process
