In my entire working career, I have worked entirely in customer service.  As a store associate, it has always been my job to ensure that customers are happy with the product and have found what they were looking for, or had their questions answered.  I have experience in production and quality control.  I am able to answer phones and emails in an appropriate and professional manner.  Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are two programs that I am proficient in working with.  Challenges never defeat me, losing is never an option.  Personal drive, strength, talent, and determination will ultimately support me through my career in the fashion industry.

My duties include greeting and serving customers with customer service.  I operate the cash register.  I organize and return items to the shelves and racks; meanwhile talking to customers and asking if they need assistance.
