Order Management Associate

•	Receive, validate, process and book License, Support Renewal, RMA/Rebill orders in compliance with company procedure by utilizing Siebel  and Oracle applications.
•	Manage and coordinate Dell Software product license codes and license file requests including new orders, upgrade requests, license key regeneration, name changes, ownership transfers, and swap requests.
•	Execute and follow pre-defined processing procedures, while maintaining a knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
•	Collaborate with various departments including Sales, Revenue Recognition, Contracts, Licensing, Products/Pricing, Renewal, Collections, AP, AR, Data Quality and Distribution to meet strict month and quarter end deadlines.
•	Identify, resolve, and communicate order errors both verbally and in writing.
•	Continuously exceed the daily processing quota of 35 orders while maintaining an error rating of less than 2%.

•	Promoted to international associate which included a group of elite shippers within company. 
•	Handled and executed advanced training for data entry, inventory cycle counts using RF scanners, labeling, copying & stamping regarding all domestic & international shipping while gaining expertise in these areas.
•	Executed the distribution of USDA certifications, bills of lading, invoices, & applied rotation of FDA required product shipping codes of eligible expiration date coding.
•	Collaborated with experienced colleagues to improve our department’s efficiency by eliminating non-value added tasks and streamlining the necessary tasks resulting in $60K savings to the business.
•	Trained and mentored new employees to ensure safe, prompt, and accurate delivery of product.
