Jennifer Beckman

I work towards my goals with full force. When I'm assigned tasks I like to finish them in a timely manner while still doing my best work possible. I cannot leave something unfinished or that is not done to my full potential. I strive for perfection while still meeting deadlines necessary. I would love to help people and make an impact, no matter how small or large, on the people around me. I am very outgoing and understanding of others needs and feelings. I want to make sure everyone around me feels as if they are heard. I think people feeling that they are important and are listened to greatly impacts their output in a job.
