Altagracia Echeverria is a thriving opportunist, who has just graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM,) and majored in Product Development, specializing in technical design. Over the course her studies at FIDM, Altagracia has developed proficient knowledge in industry-needed programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator,) WebPDM, and Gerber Accumark. Her skills upon learning and developing at FIDM include technical garment illustrations, trend analysis and forecasting, brand and marketing development, technical packages development, and creating a product life-cycle calendar.

With more than two years of experience in retail and customer service, she has developed excellent communication skills, a great understanding of the relationship between company and consumer, and believes in the well-representation of a company and employee. Combining her knowledge of the product development process including pattern development, fit standards, fabric construction and application, and sketching. With bilingual skills, she can communicate and develop relationships with both import and domestic vendors. Having a great eye in both merchandising and technical design, she is ready to continue her pursue in product development. As a graduate, Altagracia is currently pursuing into possible entry-level positions in technical design that will not only benefit her as a fast-learning and prominent individual, but as a great addition to an exceptional team-driven company.

o Assist the lead designers, patternmaker, and quality control. management.
o Work closely with pre-production and design to develop styles in a cost-efficient way.
o Send out fabric & color swatch approval cards to buyers for production.
o Create pre-cost sheets to ensure to all deadlines/goals are met to pass production.
o Photograph, document, label, and keeping track of all first and production samples
o Source fabrics and trims with domestic vendors, for first samples and production.
o Create line-sheets for Napean Sea Rd, Nicolette, & PRIEM, and for market.
o Manipulate fabrics, prints, and color in Adobe Photoshop for CADs, graphics and photo
retouching.

o Knowledge of Motive Events, popular music and culture.
o Promote Motive Events, which includes events like Organic Music Festival, 420 Fest, Love Groove, Atlantis, and Pajama Jam.
o Use large social media networks to promote event information and updates.
o Good interpersonal skills to manage a network of contacts.
o Providing VIP lists
