Currently employed as an HR Manager supporting a large client group of VP and SVP leaders within an IT organization of a Fortune 500 communications/IT company.
Previous experience includes working as an Employee Relations Adviser in a brand new ER department within a Fortune 500 global company. Part of the team to create, charter, plan, and stand-up the ER COE to handle Employee Relations cases, employee complaints and concerns, ongoing investigations, EEOC complaints and investigations, and general employee relations issues. Partnering with the HR organization and the HR Business partners to identify trends, address issues, and deliver training/coaching when appropriate.
Prior to the ER role, served as the HR Business Partner for a 650+ employee geography in the Midwest. Responsible for supporting first-,mid-, and senior-level managers within multiple Business Groups in driving and executing the HR and Business Strategy of the firm.
