Product Developer / Product Strategist / Product Manager / Technical Designer

•	From design brief, created flat drawing and created initial Tech Pack. Added technical information to Initial TP and submit for internal approvals.
•	Sent out Initial TP and communicate with Vendors / expedite incoming prototypes.
•	Reviewed PS1 against TP & Fabric/KD approvals, write wrap up for internal email and discuss with Designer if any concern.
•	Received, processed, fit and document PS1 Samples through Certified Samples.
•	Worked with designer, warehouse leads, customer service reps, and product coordinator to identify and correct bulk production issues.
•	Conduct fittings, meetings, and support Designers/Merch team as needed
•	Reviewed incoming prototypes sent from vendor and initiate internal processing. Logged proto dates and file samples on Seasonal Garment Racks.
•	 Managed proto turn times and information needed from Vendor (i.e. BOM information, Cost, tracking #’s, etc.)
•	Notified team of samples to be fit every Monday & Wednesday (before 11a).
•	Filed and organized swatch library, trims/buttons logs, and materials.
•	Managed Sample Status (Excel) with current information for content, comment dates, pricing, etc. Take flat photos of each prototype and add to Working Boards folder (PS1 through Photo Sample) Photo documented spec sheet and proto details for fitting email
•	Created seasonal carryover specs for given category
•	Reviewed catalog details for product copy / pricing accuracy for given category prior to catalog printing, each drop.


•	Sourced new factories
•	Built competitive analyses of products and for new potential markets to tap into 
•	Tracked and organized of all samples and raw material submits.
•	Advised, strategized with team and managed best options to roll out new goggle line 
•	Scheduled and conducted sample reviews and logged designer’s comments / approvals.
•	Communicated sample comments / approvals to our vendors and factories.
•	Building / editing of sales materials (line plans, selling sheets, product descriptions).
•	Issued new tech packs and updated tech packs to our vendors and factories.
•	Reviewed tech packs and/or product related concerns with creative team and issued updates.
•	Maintained raw material inventory
•	Negotiated costing  
•	Picked up and delivered raw and finished goods from local print/sew factories 
•	Managed lab dip approvals


Product developer

•	Responsible for building Tech-packs/ technical drawings for new and current products
•	Responsible for QC when shipments would arrive  for 300+ SKU’s 
•	Maintained WIP and coordinated with factories on product development 
•	Created visual line plan and SKU’s for new products to be introduced in 2017 -18 
•	Worked on a team for new product ideation encompassing myself, one creative director, one graphic designer, and worked closely with sales in an coordinated effort to create products with the most potential for success 
•	Created competitive analyses spanning several markets( Including product offerings, price points, demographics)
•	Trouble shoot and created solutions to prototypes and defective products  
•	Stayed in close touch with the Motorcycle and Snow industries. Going to events and being a part of the cultur

R&D coordinator

•	Responsible for and presented trend and color analysis
•	Sourced materials and fabrics along with sourcing a manufacturer 
•	Negotiated terms and conditions with manufacturer
•	Developed tech pack for ski jacket system 
•	Designed and Developed Ski jacket

Intern- Product Developer

•	Assisted Designers in revising fit and trims
•	Communicated with manufactures in China and Vietnam
•	Responsible for revising the Tech Packs to keep manufactures current on prototype revisions
•	Produced and revised Adobe Illustrator sketches to communicate with manufactures on changes to garments. 
•	Reviewed and revised all F13/S14 BOM’s to ensure consistency throughout

Temporary Product Developer for Apparel

•	Measured garments and assisted in the development in the Nomis denim line
•	Revised and Prepared Tech packs for foreign factories  
•	Created and modified Tech pack sketches 
•	Prepared documents to address issues when meeting with factories 


Intern

•	Assisted apparel department in creating tech sketches and developing tech packs
•	Constructed concept board presentations of outerwear designs and color trends
•	Revised bill of materials. Performed continuous research for target market through extensive customer observation
•	Assisted in the fitting of garments and revision of the grade
•	Created a competitive analysis for two new lines to be introduced in 2012
