I am an experienced media editor with a vast understanding of media intake, processing, and post production workflows.  Focusing my knowledge on editing, camera operation, and motion graphics.  

Further supplementing my work experience are the diverse and invaluable tools that I have received from my bachelors degree from Cal State University Dominguez Hills in Digital Media Arts-Television with a minor in Digital Graphics.  

Knowledge and understanding of in-studio (broadcast and live streaming) as well as on-the-field production processes, setting up, operating, and striking of production equipment that include video cameras, lights, and microphones are mixed into my daily routine.  I am comfortable in any work setting and I take pride in being challenged to accomplish the task at hand.

-Assist teammates by translating from Spanish to English, and vice versa, in oral and written forms and needed
-Program Broadcast Content for Radio & TV such as Promos, Spots, Commercials, Bumps, Intros and Outros, and Programs
-Build Commercial blocks ranging from 3-4 minutes with kill dates dates
-Liase with Marketing, Production, and Fundraising Directors in order to meet broadcast requirements per department
-Operate Tricaster/Audio Board while live shows are on air, communicate with talent while on air, take and filter calls to air, and give countdowns to talent
-Organize daily media for Radio and TV.
-Responsible for shooting and editing video based on company established guide lines
-Research Historical content, and media to be used as b-roll for live shows. 
-Set up lighting for LIVE Studio shows as well as two or three point lighting for interviews or promo clips.
-Pre-produce and produce Promotional Commercials to advertise events/campaigns/promotions with After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator and FCPX, or AVID
-Cinematography/DP/Camera Operator and video editing of mass sold out events held at L.A. Sports Arena, and L.A. Convention Center
-Assist Producer on video shoots as needed
-Assist with graphical work for social media department
-Compress video for various formats: Broadcast TV, LIVE Programs, Social Media (Facebook, YouTube)

-Photograph dance competitors on stage, competitors ranged from singles to groups of 2-50, for ages ranging 3-18 
-Capture peak moments in a competitor’s routine such as a flip, lift, jumping split 
-Understand and execute full knowledge of manual settings for Nikon D4s professional camera
-As a production assistant I had to oversee and maintain quality “show lights” for properly lit and exposed stage for production photography, as well as for dancers, and engaging lighting for 500+ audience members for upwards of 16 hours each day.
-Set up Production Stage, set marley dance floors, select and set up Photography and Video Camera POV as well as run cables to and from audio boards.  Assist at front of house set up merchandise stands and booths to increase sales.   
-Travel nationwide to various cities, be on time and produce large-scale dance competitions

-Mic. up the groom during ceremony with Sennheiser Lav Mic Bodypack Transmitter and connect through XLR the Lavalier Mic. to the Zoom H4n or Zoom H6 (Portable audio recorders)
-Edit event movie, into organized, thought out sequence that delivers the story to the viewer
-Add graphics such as Lower Thirds, with the aid of Photoshop and After Effects
-Author the DVD with a full menu and easy chapter selection, DVD Case Graphic, and DVD Label

-Created a 2min. 20sec. composite in order to show it to potential buyers to pick up and show on their networks
