	Product Development: communicated and worked with engineering to develop product for new markets. Product Development for Vee Moto Tires and Rush Brakes.
	OEM Sales: Responsible for the global OEM sales of multiple brands
	Warranty:  Designed warranty and replacement programs for major OEM partners
	Responsible for Global OEM growth and development 
	Created new brands with spec on Super73, Trek, Specialized and more. 
	Market growth, on average I have grown sales 65% yearly
        Responsible for the marketing and sponsorship of Vee Moto Tires


Responsible for the development and creation of new IBD products. Including bicycles, parts and accessories as well as tires, tools and apparel.  Position requires organization from the conception of product to completion, creating BOM's, managing graphics and packaging as well as creating pricing. 

Also responsible for sourcing new venders and factories, in USA as well as Europe and Asia.
