Experienced Regional Manager responsible for managing a team of Outside Rep's in the Pacific NW, including Seattle, Portland and Western Canada.
Also experienced in Marketing, Product Development and hiring.

-Manage, lead, motivate and drive a team of  13-15 Sales Reps / Marketing Consultants  in Washington, Oregon and Western Canada to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.  
-Ensure key performance and activity metrics are achieved to meet new business goals.
-Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and training for the team I managed.
-Identify and escalate systems and process issues. 
-Train team on new sales initiatives and company marketing plans. 
-Conduct competitor analysis and research to design appropriate business proposals.
Position Highlights:
*2011 Cancun and  2013 Costa Rica Whale Winners Circle Club winner, which is a yearly  award  trip given to the top 8% of producers for the company.  (note award  trip was started in 2011)
*Net revenue goals for the region I managed ranged between $1.8 and $2.6 million per quarter.
*Part of hand picked team to test and launch then train employees on new software systems.

Outside Regional Sales Manager Pacific NW and Western Canada

-Responsible for new account development and sales, as well as continuing account management.
-Develop and maintain air, hotel and car contracts with vendors such as Alaska Airlines and major hotel chains.
-Responsible for daily maintenance of sunsationtours.com website, including content and specials.
-Involved in most aspects of marketing the company, including advertising, merchandising and trade shows.

Account Development Manager

-In charge of  product development, marketing, brand management, sales and vendor relations for travel side of company.
-Negotiate contracts with vendors to provide price adjustments to increase productivity and yield.
-Responsible for new account development and sales, as well as continuing account management.
-Responsible for continual update to company website with price and availability updates.
Note: Owner of Altamont shut down this business and reopened with new business partners as Travel/Services  Group Sunsation Tours 3 months later and I moved to his new company listed above in January 2003.

Sales and Marketing Manager

-In charge of development, marketing, sales and branding of the Hawaii and Nevada Product Lines.
-Negotiate contracts with vendors to provide price adjustments to increase productivity and yield.
-Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Plans for each destination. 
-Develop and executed Advertising and Promotional Campaigns.
-Develop advertising and co-op sales opportunities to vendors for Global Leisure Brochures and weekly nationwide Newspaper Advertising. 
- Involved in all trade shows, event planning and promotional activities.
