MANAGEMENT SKILLS

o Team lead and oversight of ten other full time staff members in weekly ticket sales and team building meetings that led to over four million in sales for Midland Sports, Inc.

o Managed the Marketing, Advertising and Statistical Data Analysis Departments for Midland Sports, Inc.

o Involved in and led upper management and Texas League meetings, discussions and strategic planning.

o Key contributor of setting a new ballpark attendance and financial record in nine of the past ten years as a member of the Midland Sports, Inc. management staff.

o Development and implementation for the overall image and branding of Midland Sports, Inc. including the entire marketing and sales image for the Scharbauer Sports Complex.

MARKETING, CREATIVE & SALES

o Oversight and production of all newspaper ads, radio spots, television commercials, billboards and miscellaneous marketing ads along with overseeing the placement and buying/trading of television, radio, newspaper and magazines for the organization’s entire marketing budget.

Customized and built professional sales sheets, game programs, ticket brochures, proposals, team artwork and campaigns for all promotions and special events.

o Brand and image development for the entire setup, updating process, marketing, and promotion of the Midland Sports’ websites and the use of social media to supplement all websites.
 
o Assist and oversee a year-long marketing campaign to create and distribute pocket schedules and direct mail pieces in the community that helped raise attendance numbers consistently from 2004 to the present in the smallest Double-A market in all of baseball.

o Responsible for weekly email marketing newsletters as well as building a database that now updates over 18,000 members on team performance, promotions and special ticket rates.

o Responsible for creating and implementing our former ‘Rocky Town’ theme and our current ‘Baseball Brings Us Together’ theme.
