- Designer for Women's Technical Outerwear line
- Research, interpret and apply market trends appropriate to the brand.
- Assist in formulating seasonal strategies
- Provide color direction for Women's Technical Outerwear based on seasonal directives
- Develop technical outerwear sketches for new products
- Review prototype samples for construction, silhouette, fit and trim details
- Attend product fittings and address fit issues to maintain the design integrity 
- Assist in the management, development, and approval of seasonal pattern work and trims
- Assist and execute product presentations
