Accounting Staff

Working experience with MAS90 and MAS100. I am working a career path in the Accounting/fiance division.

Responsible for A/P 
Performs  monthly  journal  entries  and  review  records  to  balance  accounts  and  identify discrepancies that will require further investigation.  
Assist with manager in project including preparation of annual financial auditing by providing crucial documents and reports. 
Monitor budgets for relevant grants and contract. Work with program and department manager as to ensure that revenue is recorded appropriately.

Performed A/P activities which included verifying and updating vendors’ information, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving invoice/payment discrepancies and documents. 
Performed bank reconciliation & daily bank updates. 
Documented and communicated any and all discrepancies found when comparing the order with the customer's purchase order, sales order and packing list before invoicing processing purchase orders and generating invoices to customers. 
Processed all credit memo requests for returned goods and billing adjustments. 
Reviewed invoice batch before posting to confirm invoices' accuracy. 
Reviewed employee expense reports to ensure calculation accuracy and appropriate supporting documents are submitted
