Householder Group is a full-service financial services firm (RIA and OSJ) affiliated with LPL Financial, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer. Householder Group has over 40 offices nationwide and currently represents $1.2 billion dollars in assets under management.

Senior Director of Marketing
Conducted a re-boot of Householder Group’s brand, marketing programs and business development processes. Oversaw strategic planning, business development, meeting revenue goals, and managing HG’s core business of helping financial advisors become more successful. Also targeted these key business initiatives:
+ Responsible for profit and loss objectives for HG core business;
+ Responsible for the creation and management of marketing and business development budgets;
+ Oversaw the development of new products and revenue streams;
+ Directly participated in all business development efforts and in the recruitment of new financial advisors;
+ Exceeded new advisor recruitment objectives by 250 percent in 2014/2015;
+ Created metrics to measure business development efforts including CPL and CPA reporting structures;
+ Completed a total re-branding and comprehensive overhaul of all marketing programs, sales collateral and HG’s recruiting website (http://joinhouseholdergroup.com);
+ Oversaw and managed the activities of marketing, training and business development teams to serve the needs of existing clients and meet marketing goals and objectives;
+ Created and maintained relationships with outside partners to offer new products and services;
+ Conducted market research to identify new opportunities to create programs and services that help financial advisors meet client/market demands and generate more revenue, and;
+ Maintained relationships with HG advisors and their support staffs through regular outreach efforts.
