Ann Frago

As a former collegiate athlete I have a lifelong passion for development of quality teams. I enjoy merging my professional skills in project management and financial analysis with my passion for teams and team work. I’ve spent the last 11 years as a professional program manager developing my exceptional organizational, communication and virtual team management skills with Hewlett-Packard. Currently I am responsible for 31 improvement projects with oversight of 62 project managers in located in around the globe. I have developed the program’s structure, operating model and communication plan. My duties include leading monthly project reviews with individual project teams and am the focal point for the yellow / red status escalation process, engaging senior management as required to resolve issues and keep projects on track. My education and work experience include a strong financial background with a B.S. in Accounting, practicing as a Certified Public Accountant and financial analyst positions at Charles Schwab & Hewlett-Packard.
