Loss Prevention

Currently working in loss prevention at Nordstrom
Have previously worked in various coffee shops, as well as with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's department.  While at the Sheriff's department, I assisted with the training of civilian employees as well as organizing and updating the Sheriff's Data Network.  Tasks included placing vendor orders, maintaining an up to date inventory, and organizing trainings for civilian employees.

Responsible for building, employee, and customer safety.
Assist in apprehending shoplifters.
Assist visual and store team in floor moves and fixture replacement.
Assist in investigations of employee theft, external theft, and external fraud.
Conduct audits of departments, and surveillances of suspicious employees and customers.
Provide various safety trainings and monthly trainings with employees.
Provide excellent customer service to incoming customers as well as employees.
Partner with Human Resources on new hire trainings.  Coach employees on proper workplace procedures.
