-Sifted through and extracted resumes from databases using various servers and tags to find the best fitting candidates for the company.
-Created memos for employees that clearly communicated the intended message of the CEO.
-Created informative packages that discussed company values and nature of positions to potential candidates. Packages were meant to create appeal with the targeted audience and provide a sense of transparency between the company and the employees.
