A division of Suntex Industry Group, The Sourcing Place is a Hong Kong based full package apparel manufacturer utilizing fully compliant internal owned plants in China as well as a matrix of pre-qualified factory partners in Vietnam and Bangladesh. Product specialties include woven and knit action sports, corporate identity, and athletic apparel. 

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

•	Collaborate with product development teams to conceptualize and engineer product lines into desired customer price points. 
•	Manage a Hong Kong based team of six product managers to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of proto through showroom ready samples. 
•	Monitor and enforce strict adherence to calendars and time lines to ensure timely delivery of proto, fit and salesman samples. 
•	Review and sign off on cost sheets to ensure initial mark-ups
•	Provide guidance to Hong Kong team via weekly conference calls to problem solve sample execution issues.
