Since starting at Telefund in 2012, I have held three positions which include caller, mentor, and currently, supervisor. Telefund works with the Department of Alumni Relations at Boston University. 

Caller:
-Contacted alumni and parents to update contact information and records
-Provided information about changes to the university and new programs 
-Raised over $50,000 for BU funds 

Senior Student Mentor:
-Mentored 15+ new callers
-Directed mentor program by hiring and training 4 new mentors 

Student Supervisor:
-Ensure the office is set up pre-shift and cleaned up post-shift
-Motivate 22+ callers 
-Answer questions, monitor callers, and manage attendance of the callers
-Analyze overall performance and statistics from shifts and write nightly reports
