I contribute to the enterprise achieving $1,500 annual revenue and increased customer satisfaction by innovating custom graphics of diverse animals based on the  images provided.

I also partnered with the Texas Boston Terrier rescue to develop a high-quality, custom portrait auctioned for $300 at large-scale event. 

As a photographer, I set up professional grade studio equipment with a backdrop and multi-point lighting to achieve proficient custom pet portraits involving multiple poses. I bulk edited on-site quickly and efficiently to present a slideshow to customers. I then prepared a presentation and closed sales to customers including various packages with differentiated pricing.

I collaborate with the Divisional Merchandise and Marketing Manager in drafting, designing, and managing depictions of Princess Cruises’ ships according to branding initiatives and corporate requirements. I've also prepared illustrations for implementation to four custom vinyl backdrops for international promotional utilization as well as for direct and digital marketing initiatives company-wide.

Graphic Illustrator

I accomplished a series of promotions and progressive leadership. I consistently was awarded praise and recognition for taking the initiative to implement process and quality improvements enterprise-wide.

I was hand-selected to create, edit, and produce comprehensive training guides with original graphics as well as direct and digital promotional materials. I also designed and delivered training curriculum for up to 75 new employees in three years on Aloha point-of-sale system. Also conducted coaching on menu knowledge, upselling skills, and points-of-service for servers.

I garnered awards for top-tier sales accomplishments within two consecutive years. I contributed to $24Million annual revenue by executing persuasive upselling initiatives within diverse customer demographic. Lastly, I performed best-in-class customer service to strengthen client retention, satisfaction, and referrals.
