I have a professional career that spans two decades in the customer service and administration fields.   I have a passion for customer service as I’ve seen the value of it fade into obscurity.    
Most of my enjoyment in working comes from knowing that I’m helping someone, and as part of a team, I am making a difference to the bottom line.  I’m highly adaptable as I’ve worked with many different data bases over the years, and was quickly able to not only learn them but become an expert. 


Provide customer service to customers who would like help navigating energy efficiency.  Provide proposals and unbiased advice regarding performing residential/commercial solar projects.

Supervising all clients (over 300) on remote monitoring sites to guarantee production.  Schedule and dispatch all service technicians.  Create and close work orders and invoicing for out of warranty customers.  Invoice companies for warranty work reimbursements and completed RMA shipments and orders.  Service department was more profitable in my time in the position.

Customer Service Coordinator & Monitoring Specialist

Duties included all forms of customer relations via phone, email, and in person.  Scheduling, ordering parts, and creating cases in the Sales Force data base.  Coverage area was central, southern California and Arizona for three technicians serving over 100 commercial accounts.  Able to decrease technician field services by troubleshooting over the phone with clients.  Initiated the sale of O&M services to clients that were out of warranty to produce a revenue stream for the department. Completed and distributed production reports for other departments and clients for rebate payment purposes with the utility companies (PG&E).  Assessed contractors for site maintenance services, working with the legal team to complete service agreements, non disclosure agreements, and Certificate of Insurance.

Customer Service & Warranty Coordinator

Conducted interviews with local athletes and coaches for High school andcCollege sports.  Write and organize production newspaper articles for print under a strict deadline.

Local News Reporter

Interaction and regular communication with customers and management daily.  Take readings of gas and electric meters prior to installation of SMART meter.  Program SMART meter with handheld computer in order to initiate service.  Education of basic SMART Meter technology to clientele before installation.  Member of IBEW  Local 1245.  Maintain company vehicle and follow all safety standards while driving, and wearing of PPE while performing installation work.

SMART Meter Installer

Communication with Property Owners, Contractors and upper level management.  Provide technical assistance/direction to technicians when needed.  Organization and designation of paperwork for properties for construction work.  Obtained and verified authorization for all initial property construction work.  Scheduled and allocated cable installation jobs for engineers.  Responsible for receiving, collating and proofreading Node Maps, diagrams & schematics.
