Accomplished Buyer for Fortune 100 company.  Extensive Sales, Inventory Management, and Purchasing background. Utilize IMpulse ERP system to ensure adequate supply levels through: placement and tracking of accurate POs, report analysis/creation, part sourcing/restricting, returns, price changes, Vendor code maintenance, and contract interpretation as well as negotiation. Manage supply chain amounting to $3-8 M in inventory for 50+ storage/components lines including house brand.  Responsible for forecasting inventory levels, sales, and Excess levels. Also responsible for tracking progress to forecasts.  Utilize superb communication skills to facilitate any and all issues regarding managed lines, these include returns (damaged, defective, stock balance), delivery delays (both stocking and Direct ship), and payment issues.  Coordinate expedited delivery and receipt procedures between central office and warehouse when required.  Audit and authorize requests for payment from managed vendors.  Allocate proper funding to discount/liquidate product when necessary.

Buyer

Manage store inventory and supply chain through a combination of rotation, sales, product placement, and JIT order processing utilizing the POE order processing system. Utilize a combination of the FIFO method and SMO process to keep returns under budget and at acceptable levels. Coordinate and oversee merchandising and delivery service to ensure customer satisfaction and timely solutions.  Handle all inquiries on Coca Cola product.  Oversee Coca Cola section of each accounts back room, continually maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Audit personal time allocation and reorganize account visitation schedule to maintain maximum efficiency while still achieving sales objectives and priorities. Train and coach new merchandisers in their job responsibilities and integral place in the Coca Cola system.  Engage with public to build awareness of Coca Cola products. Utilize professional relationships to facilitate increased sales and improve sales environment for Coca Cola.

Account Manager

Collaborated with Japanese Teachers of English to create engaging , educational, and informative lessons for children ranging from grades 1 to 9.  Supervised upwards  of 30 children in a classroom setting.  Planned and presented seminars for new hires on adjustment to life in Japan.
