• Review and tracking of project related budget data, invoicing and Purchase Order (P.O) generation in Oracle
• Interface directly with Finance liaison for regular budget reviews, adjustments and forecasting issues
• R&D documentation support to include records retention compliance and management, issuance of formulator lab note books and maintain appropriate records as requested by R&D group leads
• Provide executive level assistance to R&D V.Ps to include generation of correspondence, expense reports, travel arrangements including international and domestic travel itineraries, file system maintenance, faxing, photo copying, Internet research, Travel Visas, and various tasks as requested
• Training and indirect supervision of interdepartmental administrative staff
• Oracle research reports to track project spending (P.Os/Invoices) for R&D Skin Care, Foods, Supplements and Tech Ops
• Facilitate department office moves and point of contact for changes, additions and repair in office equipment
• Maintain department office supplies as needed
• Administrative contact for consultants retained by company for research projects including invoice payables, travel expense reimbursements, Material Transfer Agreements (MTA), consulting contract record keeping and updates
• Update Finance Fixed Assets/SOX Compliance list to reflect lab equipment purchases and disposals forms are properly submitted
• Coordination of team building activities, employee congratulatory incentives, and various special occasions 
• Point of contact for troubleshooting various HR issues as they relate to NuView/Oracle approvals
• Administrator of company used R&D Share Point portal and Quickbase to include issuing access levels, provide training, troubleshooting and content upload
• Provide guidance, training tools and indirect supervision for R&D administrative staff members
• Coordinate logistics of annual 4 day R&D Summit to include venue selection, menu planning, venue contract negotiations, travel arrangements for regional staff in attendance, collaboration with Creative Services for graphic materials (poster boards, customized attendee gifts, apparel, etc.), acquiring regional products for attendees giveaways through the international customs process, and event invoice reconciliations 
• Business travel as required
