Event Coordinator

Coordinating details of all events at Marbella such as weddings, anniversaries, golf tournaments, corporate events, birthdays and surprise parties is just where it begins. I make sure to create detailed banquet event orders and floor plans for my staff and client to ensure set up, menu, timing, etc. is just the way they want it.  Each event I monitor event timelines to confirm setup is completed as agreed and make sure certain deadlines are met.


Coordinate details of all events such as weddings, anniversaries, golf tournaments, corporate events, birthdays and surprise parties.

Create detailed banquet event orders and floor plans for all events.

Monitor event timelines to ensure setup is completed as agreed and make certain deadlines are met.

Design and edit all Private Event packages including wedding, banquet, school and preferred vendors.

Produce monthly Marbella Bridal Beat, a newsletter to showcase preferred vendors, featured upgrades as well as tips for our brides to be.

Review, code and submit invoices in a timely manner to accounting.

Order all linens, chairs, tenting and additional upgrades.

Responsible for the collection of all deposits, final payments and overages.

Point of contact for the client during and after events to resolve any potential problems.
