I have 8 years of event planning experience on the hotel side (started my career at The Ritz-Carlton) and also on the corporate side, most recently as an events manager for City National Bank.

Managed up to 30 events a month for multiple divisions of the bank, both internally & externally. Handled all marketing components for sponsorships/tradeshows bank wide. Formulated budgets, RFP's and reviewed contracts from outside venues. Worked closely with many vendors & hotels to plan events.

Coordinated approximately 100 events per year, for both corporate meetings and social events including large upscale weddings. Oversaw all aspects of the event from start to finish including food & beverages, setup, AV, parking, etc. 
Handled all sports teams including major baseball teams and the UCLA football team. 
Forecasted revenue with opportunities to upsell whenever possible.

Coordinated approximately 8 weddings per month. Managed all aspects of the wedding from start to finish including booking all vendors, and working with the hotel to manage the food & beverage, setup, room accommodations, etc.
