•	Extensive experience with the detailed and top-level review of Partnership, LLC, S-Corporation, Corporate, REIT and Regulated Investment Companies state and federal tax returns.
•	Proficient with partnership technical issues such as: technical terminations, §704(c), §734 & §743 basis issues, passive activity loss limitations, carried interest, partnership restructuring and planning to best limit tax liability.
•	Assist Audit engagements with tax provision ASC 740 review and financial statement reporting.
•	Develop and maintain strong client relationships with client personnel and prospective clients by providing excellent client service and being their dedicated advisor on income tax issues and questions.

•	Responsible for driving core tax function focusing on Regulated Investment Companies (RICs), trade operations, product management and client support.
