Motive is a hybrid agency focusing on nontraditional communications at the cutting edge of digital, experiential, promotional and social marketing. My responsibilities varied from concepting big ideas, director of production services for motion and moving images, day to day design, and developing junior creatives. I was the lifestyle expert and lead creative for Native Eyewear driving integrated campaigns fulfilling all client needs including catalog creation, content creation, social promotion, interactive and brand development. Played a lead creative role on SoBe, Sierra Mist, Mountain Dew, and Qdoba while supporting other creative needs for Boingo Wireless, Matador, and Pepsi. I was also the resident photographer.

Sr. AD / Visual Design / Lifestyle Expert / Photography

Responsible for the creative and design excellence coming out of the studio. Tasks ranged from day to day client relations to directing and leading a small creative team of designers and animators while managing a project from conception to production and delivery. Worked closely with CD in concept development. Defined brand tone, look and feel. Daily management of projects (timeline, scope, and budget). Responsible for sourcing vendors. Highly involved in client presentation as well as pitching for new work and business development. Developed internal company strategy, and implemented systems and procedures to make the studio more efficient and profitable. All in all, involved in every aspect of running the studio.

Project types: branding and brand building, experiential design, integrated marketing campaigns, style guides, print design, messaging, information architecture, product design, traditional and non-traditional advertising, viral marketing, guerilla marketing, motion, broadcast and interactive design.

Boutique Entertainment design firm. Primary responsibilities include concept, design, illustration, art direction, production, and prepress project management. Specialized in DVD, Retail, Point of Purchase, Packaging, Out of Home, and Branding for The Simpsons, Family Guy, Garfield, and Pet Alien.
