Rotated roles as Supplier Quality Engineer, Product Engineer, and Customer Quality Engineer to enhance working knowledge of Honeywell Operating Systems and products.

Led Beckwith through 3 phases; i) Business Recovery – ii) Business Survival – iii) Business Growth.  During a business downturn 2001-02, revenues declined 33% ($19M to $12.5M). To solve this problem, I implemented the change-initiatives and sustained productivity gains while reducing headcount 28% (70+ to 50+ staff).

Set statistical metrics for reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.  Understand performance standards for UL, ISO9000, IEEE/ANSI and CE requirements. Acted as Beckwith’s Quality Management Rep. for ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
