Sailing Operations and Marketing Coordinator

A highly skilled aircraft professional with a collective eight years of experience in aircraft ground support, aircraft charter coordination, and aircraft logistics coordination; seeking a challenging role in a dynamic organization where I can utilize my expertise to optimize operations and achieve business objectives.

As the Sailing Operations and Marketing Coordinator, I'm responsible for overseeing various aspects of the company's operations, marketing, and customer relations. My primary focus will be on scheduling sailing vessels and available crew, website design, managing day-to-day inquiries, creating newsletters, and assisting with international and domestic sailing adventure packages.

I'm responsible for the processing and monitoring of all charters that are approved. This includes ad-hoc charter bookings, schedule planning, dispatching, quoting, as well as all communication related to the charter, both internal & external, that is required for each Charter. I provide a strong “Sense of Urgency”, exceptional communication skills, ability to multi-task, and the competence to prioritize the work flow.

Charter Coordinator

I worked as part of the Logistic team whose goal is to streamline processes, increase efficiency and lower overall costs for the company. The team manages the required logistics for all company flights in coordination with Customer Service Team, Flight Operations, Maintenance, Aircraft Owners and Vendors.

Logistics Coordinator 

I was responsible for hunting, qualifying, and making new sales. This included selling Scheduled Seats, On Demand Charter Flights and Memberships. I managed the entire sales cycle, along with generating referrals and using sales tools to maximize results. Most importantly, delivering results, by learning and understanding the true needs of our prospective and current customers.

 Sales Executive - Charter and Membership

At Le Bas International, my duties included customer service, quoting, setting up pre-flight arrangements, dispatching, handling post-flight closeouts, data entry, and updating & filing supplier and customer files. My focus was always on the customer and their experience. As a charter broker, it was my privilege to provide individuals or organizations with charter solutions to their travel needs, represent the interests of the client and deal directly with operators and other trip service providers. Consistently tackling issues such as competitive rates, contingency planning, organizing all the logistics of a trip, and how to get the customer to their ultimate destination.

Account Executive 

As a AGS (Aircraft Ground Support Trainer) my duties included, teaching the proper SOP and safety procedures for marshal aircraft arrivals, taking care to secure the aircraft and provide car valet service as necessary , marshal out departing aircraft safely operate fuel trucks to safely dispense fuel to aircraft, handle aviation fuels and ensure fuel quality through various tests and procedures, record fuel quality and fueling equipment inspections on the proper forms, tow aircraft around the ramp area and into and out of hangars , provide any number of ground services to aircraft, including lavatory waste disposal, oxygen, and potable water.

 Aircraft Ground Support Line Technician Trainer

As a Helicopter Porter and Detailer I was responsible for ensuring that the helicopters are clean, organized, and ready for their next flight. I assisted with the towing, staging and fueling prior to the helicopters next flight. Our clientele ranged from students learning to fly rotorcraft to individuals looking for a southern California costal sights tour. Additionally, I loaded and unload passengers and cargo from the helicopter, cleaned and detail the helicopter after each flight, including washing the exterior, cleaning the windows, and vacuuming the interior. Lastly, I ensured that the helicopter hangar clean and organized in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Helicopter Porter and Detailer

As a Ramp Agent my duties included guiding inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate, transport, load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail, clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies. Additionally, I operated heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks and lavatories.

Ramp Agent

As a Contract Photo and Videographer I was responsible for creating high-quality visual content that meets our clients' needs. For each assignment I collaborated with clients to understand their visual content needs and provide creative solutions, created high-quality photo and video content for a variety of purposes, including social media, marketing materials, and events. I also edited and retouch photos and videos as necessary to meet client specifications. Additionally, I managed equipment and ensure that it is maintained and ready for use at all times, kept a strict record of production schedules and coordinate shoots with clients and other team members. Lastly, I always meet project deadlines and deliver work in a timely and professional manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all stages of the project.

Contract Photo and Videographer 

As a Crew Member, I was responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers while performing a variety of tasks. Everyday duties included, providing exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing product recommendations, operating a cash registers and accurately handle customer transactions, stocking and replenish shelves, rotate products, and ensure that products are properly labeled and displayed. Additionally, I maintained a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing as required, assisted with inventory management and receiving deliveries, followed all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Crew Member

As a Store Supervisor I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing the team and ensuring that sales targets are met. Regular activities included managing day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, counting cash drawers, and ensuring the store is in top condition for customers, taking new stock in and organize the stock room to ensure products are easily accessible, assisted with returns and exchanges, gift cards and wrapping. 
Additionally, I maintained a clean and organized store environment, worked with the store manager to set and achieve sales targets, ensured all staff members adhere to store policies and procedures; and was a key holder and be able to respond to any issues that may arise during off-hours.

As store manager I managed day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment, provided exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing product recommendations. Additionally I managed inventory and work with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and stayed up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into store operations as appropriate.
