In Auditworks:
• Run daily reports: NSF Fees, Mail Check Requests, Closing or Duplicates, and Employee Sales.
• Audit Employee Sales: Verify Employee number, merchandise purchased and discount are applied properly.
• Audit Gift Cards and Store Credits for the US and Canada: Verify gift cards and store credits are being redeemed for the proper
amount and balances re-issued for the proper amount. Research discrepancies, contact store with inquires, and search history by
customer last name.
• Audit daily direct to customer sales for the US and Canada: Verify deposit amounts, drawer funds and end of day sale
discrepancies.
• Issue and reconcile corporate gift certificates. • Assist Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Use Microsoft Excel to input the closing or duplicate transactions and the employee sales reports. • Assist with reconciling cash with the use of Chesapeake and Trecs

Sales Auditor

• Manage full-cycle accounting/bookkeeping for various store locations.
• Knowledge and use of QuickBooks, LightSpeed, and LogMeIn.
• Run monthly reports, input daily sales, gift card usage, and sales tax; reconcile monthly bank accounts and PayPal account; quarter
closing; input and pay bills (invoices); record inventory asset, depreciation, and prepaid accounts.
• Fill out and file all tax forms related to operating a small business in California and Connecticut; pay sales tax; process refunds via
merchant system; and communicate with store manager. Provide customer service.

• Open/Close store, assist with sales, customer service, assist customers in fitting room, cash wrap, product knowledge, product
placement, visuals, running the floor, and assisting the Fit Specialist
