Studio Manager

Responsible for daily operations including scheduling, quality assurance reviews, financial forecast and budget planning, communication with outside accounts, marketing, payroll, retail services and customer experience. Along with hands on classroom experience teaching multiple yoga formats in the role of manager the daily focus is on the overall success of the company while taking ownership of the specific studio’s success, fine tuning organization, time management, creative problem solving and communication skills both verbal and written.

Certified in two 200 hour teacher trainings in Power Yoga and Hot Power Fusion and two 100 hour trainings including Yoga Sculpt and Level 2 Power Yoga and certified through Yoga Alliance a certified Expert Yoga Instructor with over 1,200 hours of teaching experience. Classes involve intelligent sequencing for safety, alignment and accessibility for students, hands on adjustments for safety, alignment and depth and use of music, lighting and theme to appeal to students. Along with teaching multiple formats expected to coach and lead teacher trainings to inspire and grow future instructors and yogis into their journey.

Yoga Instructor

Studio Assistant is responsible for day to day operations including bank deposits, account payment and management, organization of studio experience team schedule and accounts, client account management, customer service and retail management. With many task to keep the studio successful and a personal teaching schedule, studio assistant skill set emphasize time management, being a self-starter and able to prioritize tasks, creative problem solve and excel in communication skills.

Managed scheduling of patient treatment and responsible for creating payment plans and collections throughout the contract and treatment schedule. Ordered and maintained supplies essential for operations in the office including dental materials, customer bags and retail inventory. Became knowledgeable of new computer scheduling and billing systems to ensure proper operations for the overall success of the company, received hands on training in finance development and account management. Excelled in customer service and communication both verbal and written to customers and colleagues.
