VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

I've learned that if you want something, more then you are afraid of it, you can accomplish anything. I've been in sales, brand, marketing and the retail world my entire life. I am both confident and experienced in all facets of the business. Whether you are planning and scripting a new business idea, managing a growing business or leading accounts to profitable and sustainable growth, I've been managing these expectations for over 23 years. Nothing gets me more motivated in the morning then working hard and working with great team players. You can't succeed without a great team and the team with the best plan always wins.

 •  Lead a veteran corporate sales team through the development, implementation and execution of a new CRM system, Salesforce.
• Attacked the established account base and identified gaps in the white space and immediately reopened and closed old business left of the table.
• Established new procedures and processes that re-energized cold leads and converted them to po’s.
• Identified new channel distribution into new account leads for the sales team.

•	Lead a team of International Sales Executives, Business Planners, Sales Operations, Merchandising and Design teams, to develop, apply and oversee brand, marketing, product and account strategy across channel, geography and retailer.
•	 Drive operational excellence and sales process improvement as well as developed a more comprehensive GTM plan, strategy and execution adopted and used globally now.
•	Able to influence both cross functionally and vertically within the industry and marketplace and negotiate complex retail agreements.
•	Acts as the Management contact for all accounts in assigned geography, territory, or category.
•	Drive, develop and execute the process for realistic and accurate scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives and business analysis. 
•	Reset the entire brand from the ground up and raised the price points and quality across key product categories for increased margin and profitability.
•	Proven track record increasing revenue by creating and driving a holistic business plans inclusive of short and long term business strategies and financial targets. 
•	Lead, coach, mentor and inspire all my teams of 60 people both domestically and internationally.



• Develops seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans for key account using cross category functions, account, brand and marketplace knowledge. 

• Develop strong in depth financial plans to lead account in long range planning and driving success through all key areas of the business. Planning, strategic thinking and execution of these financial plans will drive growth, elevate the brand and deliver long term sustainable and profitable growth

• Develop and execute strategies with accounts; including quarterly account business plans and monthly revenue targets. 

• Understanding my accounts competitors and marketplace; utilize assessment, knowledge and a brand management focus to adjust and drive business plans through accounts. 

• Leading my account in the expansion of door growth as we expand across the country and find key markets to build bigger and more expansive brick and mortar doors in key relevant market places
