AFA Logistics

•	Responsible for all import supply chain functions of Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories into Oakley USA. 
•	Coordinate export shipments out of Ontario DC.
•	Work with vendors on production schedules and WIP reports to meet forecast demands from sales
•	Analyze and develop strategies with warehouse and operations teams for streamlining supply chain processes while reducing costs.
•	Develop and analyze KPI scorecards for vendors and 3PL’s.  Hold QBR’s for performance and areas of improvement.
•	Responsible for import classification of AFA products on duties and taxes according to US Customs regulations.
•	Work with global HQ on RFQ’s for carrier contract negotiations

•	Oversee all import operations Consumer Electronics goods into North America, exceeding $11B/year.
•	Responsible for product classification to ensure compliance with US Customs policies
•	Manage 3PL suppliers and their performance via KPI’s and scorecards
•	Responsible for hiring, training, and development of new department staff
•	Negotiate service contracts with 3PL providers; brokerage, carriers
•	Assist with development of customized SAP programs for process innovation
