All-Around skilled Production manager with extensive knowledge and experience in various parts of garment production and assembly. Beginning with a thorough understanding of human relations, developing a motivated, synchronized and productive team is my specialty. Capable of reading and writing in English and Spanish along with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office to analyze daily overhead/Daily production. My experience in the apparel industry began in the administrative section, it soon developed into cutting and inspecting fabric prior to being sewn. Gradually, assisting the production manager with reports and standards to achieve daily margins became my priority. Currently, My time as a production manager has allowed me to understand, and achieve the maximum ratio of quality and quantity. My knowledge spreads from pre production analysis of samples including costing, to final production inspection and everything in between.

Top-Stitch was a newly formed company when I began as production manager, with my experience, I developed a six sigma like production formula to eliminate errors and generate maximum profitability.

Beginning as a clerical assistant with Tradewinds, I quickly developed the skills and knowledge of the apparel industry to rapidly become the Quality Assurance Technician and soon after Production Manager of over 30 employees with gross sales at over $1,000,000 annually. High quality standards and up keeping employee moral along with generating expected margins became the number one task.
