Rashaad Jorden

A recent graduate of Leeds Beckett University with a Master's degree in Responsible Tourism Management, I possess experience writing, copy editing and proofreading for several media outlets. Articles I have written addressing subjects such as sports, travel and music have been published on numerous websites. One of those websites is Bleacher Report, which provides members of the public the opportunity to comment on sports matters. 11 of the 25 articles I have composed for Bleacher Report have earned medals, which are awarded to articles that have attracted at least 1,000 reads. In addition, I have spent several years working in cross-cultural education, having taught English at public schools in both Japan and France. Through my experience working abroad, I became fluent in French and conservational in Japanese. I am currently seeking a position with a public relations company, a destination marketing organization or media outlet in which I would research, draft and compose articles to be published and liaise with media contacts.
