- Establish and monitor a payment system with account balances and bank accounts for the fraternity while supervising individuals with negative balances.
- Decide uses of organizational funds and maintain accurate financial records of payments, collections, and expenses and reported information to advise other officers during meetings.

Eminent Treasurer

- Coordinate with two managers in promoting the start-up merchandising company on campus.
- Schedule presentations with Greek organizations and process invoices for orders at end of each presentation.
- Implement and maintain social media site for the company.

Marketing Representative

- Sold, recommended, and maintained levels of merchandise in the store department while suggesting and generating credit applications for customers.
