After graduating from Washington State University, I completed an operations internship with the Los Angeles Kings. I managed a variety of different officer operations such as scheduling appointments for my office, conducted research for promotional ideas, and prepared sales reports, as well as giving exceptional customer service to our great fans. In my last year at Washington State University (WSU) I took on the role of WSU Hockey Club Director of Operations. With this title, I was the lead on travel plans, marketing, fundraising, and game day operations. Not only that, but I assisted the coach with a $35,000 budget for the team. As an intern at IMG College in the summer of 2013, I implemented a “Cougar Kids” birthday card that was sent to children enrolled in the Junior Cougar Kids Club, thus have experience in marketing and community relations. As the Sport Management Club President I planed travel trips, fundraising, and meetings, as well as managed a board of five other executives. Along with all of my internship and leadership roles, I completed my Sport Management major, Business minor, therefore, my knowledge of the industry coincides with my experience. Along with all of my sport business experience, I have been in the food and beverage profession for over 5 years. For all of these reasons, I know I can be a great asset to your team.
