Shift Lead

I have almost 6 years in customer service. I have a passion for making customers have a memorable experience when dealing with a company.

At Waterworks Aquatics I am responsible for answering phones for scheduling, account issues, progression issues in lessons, complaints, and inquiries of swim lessons, swim team and many other programs. I am responsible for making sure all employees are on task during their shift and phones are being answered by first ring. I am responsible for assigning all employee projects and making sure they are completed by their deadline and correctly.

As a shift lead at Rubios I was responsible of counting all registers and the safe before and after each shift. Taking and expediting orders. Making sure all staff was on task during their shift and all duties they were responsible for were completed.
