Brittany (B) Alexander is an experienced Social Media / Brand Manager with a track record of growing followers and fans while increasing engagement, connecting clients with their customers and potential customers. Alexander is a graduate of Denison University with a BA in Media, Technology, and Arts (MTA). MTA is an interdisciplinary study of film, music, communications, and digital arts, including web design and graphic design. Alexander also has a Graduate Certificate in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University. Alexander pursued this coursework to certify an advance level of understanding in internet marketing, social media marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and more. Alexander is in pursuit of their MA in New Media Journalism at Full Sail University and anticipates graduating in the Fall of 2014. Studying journalism is a part if Alexander's overall goals of being a great marketer by understanding audiences, markets, industries, and public relations. Along with pursuing educational endeavors, Alexander works with multiple organizations as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Community Manager, and a Social Media Strategist. In these positions, Alexander combines their knowledge of social media and analytics to monitor and enhance the effectiveness of social media strategies/ campaigns.
