Personal Trainer

After spending five years in the U.S. Navy, I attended Flagler College and earned a B.A. in Sport Management. During my final semester in college I moved across the country to intern with an athletic performance training facility. I  am currently employed as an athletic performance coach and personal trainer for two prestigious facilities in Carlsbad, California where I am also involved with our Wounded Warrior training program and medically integrated fitness programming for cardiac rehabilitation, diabetic exercise, and physical therapy. Recently, I began an internship at an exercise physiology laboratory at UCSD to further my knowledge of the human body and preventative healthcare through fitness. 

I seek personal and professional growth within an organization that allows me to utilize the skills I have crafted through Honorable military service, higher education, and as a health representative in my community.
