Senior Production Manager

I am looking for a good company where I can provide help and grow with it. I have 22 years experience in the textile/apparel industry. My experience ranges from intermediate knowledge 
of sewing constructions, dye and wash expertise in tops and bottoms from poly, cotton and denim from development stage through production. Expertise in Process,procedures and formulations to achieve quality, fit and time. Management skills. I can adapt to environments and people. I can work in a fast paced environments.

Manage and coordinate personnel and production for best quality and time. Work with multiple suppliers on production WIP for scheduling and planning. Manage manufacturing for production time lines. Manage and direct QC team.

Manage production with multiple contractors. Manage QC team and advise direction when issues are presented. Test development processes for best formulation of product in wash and dye processing for bulk. Attend fit sessions to direct corrections to contractors to achieve fit. Create SOP system for best control, specs and quality.

Supervise laundry production operations
Standardization of methods systems and techniques for dry and wet processing
Manage laundry production QC team
Problem solving in production and processes
Controlling production with steps and measures to achieve quality, fit and time
Stay in communication with design and make call out to design prior to begin production

Denim and Dye Production Manager

Supervise laundry operations and developments in Los Angeles and Mexico
Conduct seasonal meetings with all departments in production for Los Angeles and Mexico contractors
Manage laundry QC team in Los Angeles and Mexico
Approve development formulations to achieve quality, repeatability and production friendly
Maintain communication with design and sportswear teams for possible call outs or concerns
Work with contractors to meet deadlines and also communicate with the rest of production team, merchandise department, and customer service.
