- Ensured that all insert cards, catalogs, sample bag sizes, and price/carton/bulk stickers are accurate prior to retail presentations




Production Coordinator

- Sourced and presented new designs based on current bridal trends; translated sketches in Chinese for production team located in Shanghai
- Analyzed bridal gown construction and arrange Tech Packs from Designers to the factory to make sure all elements of designs were executed timely and correctly
- Communicated daily with vendors to manage and create purchase orders, track logistics of shipments, negotiate pricing, lead-times and minimum order quantities

-	Managed full production cycle of Forever 21’s Woven and Outwear line from development to delivery within 60-90 days of lead time, 45 days with high-volume promotional items upon Buyers’ seasonal plans
