After two years located in the European marketplace and 5 years prior supporting this region, I have a very solid handle on the retail trends in the UK, central Europe, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.

Having been a small business owner in the past, mentoring small businesses is a side passion. My strong work ethic and drive for excellence has earned me the highest award of employee recognition from the VF Corp (2013) and SmartWool (2006).
