•	Set up infrastructure to support business growth and diversification, which led to a company award as 3rd fasting growing company in central New Jersey and resulted in a merger with Cardiac Safety Services Company.

•	Reorganized business to reduce operating expenses by $11M over a 2 year period as part of a business integration and cost reduction initiative.

•	Directed M&A activities, including negotiations, deal structure, synergy identification, due diligence and integration for 2 successful business transactions.

•	Managed expense growth below rate of revenue growth leading to CAGR on EBITDA of 20% over a 5-year period and 12% over a 2-year period.

•	Improved financial credibility with no significant audit adjustments in 5 years and closing process reduced from 20 days to 10 days.

•	Facilitated Series B ($10M) and Series C ($10.7M) equity financing.

•	Finalist for New Jersey Technology Counsel (NJTC) “CFO of the Year” award (2008).

Responsible for all financial activities of a $200M+ Contract Research Organization (CRO) operating in 30 countries. Subsidiary of Omnicare, Inc., a $6B company and the nation’s leading provider of pharmacy services to long-term care facilities.

•	Reorganized business globally, reduced resources and stabilized gross margins during period of revenue decline. Margins increased by 1% while revenue decreased by 7%.

•	Negotiated new vendor agreements for key suppliers, with savings of $0.5M.

•	Reduced SG&A expenses over 10% to maintain profit margin during period of revenue decline.

•	Implemented new revenue/invoicing system to automate manual processes and prepare business for future growth. Reduced resources, saved $0.5M and reduced invoicing time by 3 days.
