Outside Production Manager

•	Tailored clothing to customer’s fit and desires. Operated and maintained sewing equipment.  Ability to articulate customer's desired fit in English and German for multi-cultural environment of in-house team members and customers.

SEAMSTRESS

• Conducted all communication with vendors related to sample development and fit approvals. 
• Maintained BOM’s, trims, color standards and updates on tech packets. Governed third party testing on materials and products.
• Evaluated and issued approvals on lab dips/print strike-offs and communicated comments to vendor.
• Owned and managed development samples, including complete sample tracking process, to ensure sample consistency and on-time arrival to meet calendar deadlines. 
• Provided in-house technical support on product development from concept art through production launch.
